By accessing or using AT Gwinnett ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
To create a business listing or access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
By submitting a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business and that all information provided is accurate. AT Gwinnett reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Free listings are provided at no cost and include basic business information. Paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Premium) offer additional features as described on our pricing page.
You may claim an existing business listing by verifying your ownership or authorization to manage the business. AT Gwinnett may require verification through email, domain matching, or manual review. Falsely claiming a business you do not own or represent is prohibited.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. AT Gwinnett reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (business descriptions, photos, blog posts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant AT Gwinnett a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and in related marketing materials.
The AT Gwinnett name, logo, design, and other platform elements are the intellectual property of Intuition Web Services LLC and may not be used without written permission.
Reviews and ratings submitted by users reflect the opinions of the individual user and not of AT Gwinnett. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
AT Gwinnett is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
